Clarence V. Wesley

Chief Executive Officer

Clarence leads ME911's strategy, execution of its business model, team
building and ongoing passion to attract and add value to its customers. Clarence
was previously a Partner with McLaren Sachi, providing management consulting services
to wireless communications clients. Prior to McLaren Sachi, Clarence was the founder and general manager of Xerox Mobile Solutions a new venture within Xerox Corporation focused on wireless communications and document solutions. Clarence was also a Principal at Xerox PARC in the New Ventures Group developing new business concepts and commercialization strategies for corporate research and technology. Prior to Xerox, Clarence was the Chief Operating Officer of NewtonSource Wireless, a mobile communications startup based in San Francisco. Clarence was also a consultant at Marakon Associates providing advisory services to clients in Silicon Valley and Europe, a marketing executive with IBM, and a software engineer with EDS. Clarence has an MBA from Harvard University and a BSE (Computer) from the University of Michigan.

Stephen Brown

Executive Vice President of Corporate Development

Steve Brown is Executive Vice President of Corporate Development for ME911. In this strategic role, Steve's responsibilities include building corporate relationships and strategic industry partners. Previously Mr. Brown was VP of Business Development for U3, an intelligent USB venture for mobility applications. Prior to U3, Steve was SVP of Corporate Development for Aether Systems, a spin-off of 3Com's Palm computing division, where he served as the director of business development. In this position, he created Palm Computing's business development organization and charter strategy, which initiated the OEM business model, royalty-based licensing business and strategic alliances program. Brown began his career at Apple Computing in 1986 and has since gained extensive business development experience working with high-tech companies such as Motorola. Mr. Brown holds a B.A. in Human Biology from Stanford University and a Masters of Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Antoine Brooks

Co-Founder and Vice President of Government and Community Relations

Captain Brooks is one of the co-founders of ME911, a subsidiary of Medical Envelope, Inc. and the original visionary for the company and service. His depth of expertise in emergency response led to the genesis of ME911, including the development of the service and application and co-authoring of intellectual property and patent filings.As an U.S. Armed Forces Veteran, Captain Brooks has extensive experience and expertise in emergency field response and medical incidents. During his 20 year tenure, Antoine has risen from an enlisted soldier to increasing levels of responsibility and later to become a commissioned officer, holding positions such as platoon leader, detachment commander, company executive officer, area security officer, battalion adjutant and Company Commander. Captain Brooks has served in Desert Storm, the Iraq War and other field deployments, including Hurricane Katrina. Antoine graduated with a B.S. in Management from Menlo College in Atherton, CA.

Subodh Patel

Co-Founder and Vice President of Operations

As a co-founder and Vice President of Operations for ME911, a subsidiary of Medical Envelope, Inc., Mr. Patel oversees all operational aspects of the company and helps to coordinate the technical, marketing and financial responsibilities in line with ME's strategy. He also led the initial design and development of the website and wireless application and co-authored the current patent filings. Mr. Patel has extensive experience in building business from inception to start up to growth. He began his entrepreneurial career by owning and operating several retail stores and sports facilities in Oakland, CA. Prior to the sale of his company after 10 years, he acquired significant experience in all aspects of business including marketing, PR, accounting, management, product development, budgeting, and customer service. Subodh graduated with a B.S. in Management from Pennsylvania State University.

Sashi McEntee

Director of Business Development

Sashi McEntee leads ME911's business development and sponsorship efforts, bringing her broad network of contacts and her skills at identifying and building successful partnerships to the ME911 team. Sashi was previously a business development and sponsorship consultant, acquiring sponsorships for entities like the Champ Car World Series and putting together partnerships for high-growth start-ups and large companies such as Wells Fargo, Virgin America and Fox. Prior to starting her consultant business, Keystone Business Development, she worked for Lotus Development Corp., Siebel Systems, SquareTrade and Wells Fargo Bank.In 2008, Sashi ran for California State Senate in the Third District. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of Bank of San Francisco and has served previously on the boards of directors of ODC/Dance, Theatre Bay Area, and the Shelter Ridge Homeowners Association. She majored in English with an emphasis in journalism at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is pursuing a Master's in Finance at Golden Gate University.

Goldie Aranha

Director of Marketing

Goldie leads the marketing team in developing and implementing marketing strategies including national and regional go-to-market strategies. She is driving media relations while working as the central hub with the executive team, agency, and partners.Goldie began her marketing career as a copywriter at Rediffusion- Young & Rubicam, prior to which she was a Journalist. While pursuing her education in the U.S. she successfully launched marketing initiatives that significantly increased online viewership at Rooftop Media Inc.,. She was appointed President of the American Marketing Association’s Collegiate Chapter and was presented with an Excellence Award for her research.Goldie brings to ME911 her comprehensive marketing skills, passion for identifying key market opportunities, and strong foundation in integrated communications, consumer insight, and brand management. Goldie holds an MBA (Marketing) from Golden Gate University in San Francisco and a Bachelor's Degree in Mass Media (Advertising)from the University of Mumbai in India.
