Since our inception, we have recognized the need for immediate
coordination of communication between friends and family in addition
to providing emergency responders with updated access to vital information
24x7 in case of an emergency. Whether it’s a child safety, health, travel, sports or
pet related emergency, our goal has been to leverage the use of technology availlable
today and translate it into easy to use products and services that could proveto be life saving.

Our corporate office is located in San Francisco, California, where we began our operations in 2005. In June 2008, we launched our much anticipated emergency response service - 'ME911' to provide families with comprehensive safety solutions. At the core of our offering lies our 24x7 Emergency Response Service via a Personal Crisis Assistant, and access to a ‘Virtual Safe’ so people can store their irreplaceble documents and literally back-up their life, all in one secure place, accessible anytime, anywhere.

In July 2008, we announced our partnership with the American Red Cross Bay Area Chapter. Proceeds from ME911 products and services are donated to the American Red Cross to help fund emergency preparedness programs accross the Bay Area.

In 2009, we launched our free digital child fingerprinting services to provide parents with vital information about their children. In the unfortunate event that a child goes missing, parents can immediately hand this profile over to assist law enforcement officials in the recovery process.
