Step 2:

Fill out emergency profiles for you and your loved ones securely online: which includes emergency contacts and important health information. You can also upload vital documents like birth certificates, insurance documents, licenses, wills, deeds, titles, fingerprints and more.

Step 3:

In case of an emergency, you now have access to all your vital information anywhere and at anytime. Whether it's losing your wallet and needing copies of IDs or even having to provide 1st responders with access to your loved one’s vital information - we've got your back!
